Easily Track Your Projects
Dubsado allows you to easily view a list of leads, jobs and the status of each project. You can create customized proposals, onboarding questionnaires, forms, and invoices for each project with your branding for a consistent customer experience. You can quickly see upcoming tasks, appointments, and next steps for each client project.
Organize your Finances
Dubsado offers basic bookkeeping, which is more than enough for a new small business! You can create invoices, proposals, profit and loss statements, and a chart of accounts. If you are already using a different financial app or are ready to expand, Dubsado syncs with Quickbooks and will soon connect with Wave and Xero.
You can also connect to Strips, Square or Paypal, or apply for payments manually if paid offline
Manage your Calendar
To see tasks, appointments, and payment due dates, you can choose an overview list, monthly, weekly, or daily view. AND you can link your Google or Apple calendar to import your current calendars automatically.
You can also add a Dubsado scheduler right to your website so potential clients can easily book a spot in your calendar.
Plan your Tasks
You can create and assign tasks for yourself and your team members, either in list form or as a task board.
Communicate with Clients
With Dubsado, you can create a portal for every one of your clients. With a password-protected log-in, they can quickly access their forms, emails and invoices.
You can receive and send emails through your email address, and they will be organized within your client portal – no more scrolling your inbox searching for those messages!
Manage Customer Inquiries
You can set up automated email sequences that respond to potential clients who message you through your website. This allows you to nurture leads with quick responses.

Considering all the features, Dubsado is an excellent price at 35 USD per month (or 350 USD per year). You can get a free trial that allows you to add three clients to test it out and see if it's right for you.
